The jersey bedding from Wamsutta, with its super-soft and slightly stretchy feel, makes your bed as comfortable as a favorite t-shirt. Softer than crisply woven cotton and cooler than flannel, the bedding is also easy to care for. This set includes a flat sheet, a fitted sheet, and two pillowcases, all sewn from 100 percent Egyptian cotton with double-needle stitching at the hems. The sheets lie well on the bed without clinginess, and the fitted sheet is fully elasticized for a stay-put fit. Comfortable on the skin from the first, Wamsutta jersey washes and dries in the home machine and never needs ironing. Comment: These sheets are so soft and the color doesn't fade. I just love these. I am purchasing more but they are hard to find.

Comment: The color of these sheets is much dull and non-rich looking than shown in the picture. The sheet size is right and the jersey fabric is stretchable but the sheets look cheap and nowhere close to looking luxurious. I believe that's what you'd expect for this price.

Comment: Poor Quality Control: I just purchased a Wamsutta Jersey Queen set and the sheets are 60" by 60" square which won't quite fit a 60" by 80" mattress and one pillow case is three inches shorter and two inches wider than the other. It's softness is comparable but not better than other Jersey knits that I've bought.

Summary: Soft and Comfortable, Wore Out Quickly 2007-05-10
Comment: I loved the look and feel of these sheets but they wore out and got bleach stains from normal Tide detergent very quickly. If I purchased again I would get white, not blue, to avoid the bleaching. Unfortunately, I had to throw them out pretty quickly after buying them.
