Summary: product is as fabulous as the customer service 2008-06-04
Comment: i bought the product when it was on sale and when i received it, it was worth more than what i paid for because of the quality and the look. I got the blue one and it's gorgeous. It didn't look like a $25 purse at all. The customer service was super friendly also. Amazon didn't honor the friends and family discount so I had to call Macy for it. They didn't give me any problems at all. I would buy from Macy's again.
