Summary: A Great Pre-Natal Multi Vitamin 2008-09-03
Comment: This vitamin does not make you queasy. Because its food based its very easy on the stomach as well as highly absorbable. I am on my second bottle and I take it on an empty stomach before bed. Not a lot of brands will let you do that. Well worth the money. The prescription pre-natal vitamins do have the DHA in them, but I'm not going to settle for a synthetic vitamin just because of that. You can buy DHA at GNC.
