Summary: Great keepsake! 2008-07-04
Comment: I received one of these kits when my son was born and loved it so much that I bought one for my daughter when she was born. They make such a nice keepsake and my son - now almost 4, loves to compare his hand with the handprint of when he was a baby. (We did handprints because we already had footprints.) The kit is so easy to use and I love the fact that I could try over and over to get just the right impression - which with wiggly little hands can be tough.

Summary: Simple - Like a kindergarten art project but... 2008-01-18
Comment: ...a little difficult to get "the mold" to the ideal size to make it look right in the frame.
Bottomline - I recommend this.
Tips - Make sure you have atleast one other helper while making the actual imprint. And maybe an additional person for a photo op.

Comment: oh that is an awesome thing to have,we made sure we had room for the foot print and the hand print on one side and placed a photo of the baby on the other side. We will cherish it forever.

Comment: Just the thing for a new mother. I have given three of these over the years and the results have always been exceptional and have become a treasured keepsake.
As a bachelor, I always find baby gifts a bit awkward. This is the ideal solution to the problem.

Summary: Beautiful Results! 2005-01-11
Comment: I ordered this to create a keepsake to give to my baby's grandma, and I was extremely pleased with the results! The kit was very easy to use and the end result was fantastic. I wanted to keep the keepsake for myself after I had completed it! The only (very minor) problem I had was that instead of the blue mat for the background, the mat was a light green. This was still okay with me - it looked very nice. But if you are ticky about that sort of thing you should be aware before you purchase. Also, the frame was white, rather than the unfinished wood frame depicted in the photo. (I actually preferred the white). Overall, I couldn't be happier with this purchase, and intend to get another kit for myself.
