The BOB Sport Utility D'lux stroller is a road runner's dream. It combines road bicycle technology and supreme stroller safety into the ultimate jogger. BOB stresses the lightweight, tough, and durable design, but the key to its performance is in the suspension and tires. The advanced three-inch suspension utilizes shock absorbers (coil springs with an elastomer core) to provide a gentle ride and has two positions to accommodate bigger and smaller children. The fixed front wheel and 16-inch road slicks have a low profile and medium pressure to make it ideal for city and suburban jogging. The one-hand, adjustable tracking knob makes steering a breeze and keeps the stroller centered. Weighing 22.4 pounds, the frame is made of aircraft-grade aluminum alloy that is lightweight and high strength. The three-ply, stain-resistant hollow core seat system is soft and cushy, reclines up to 70 degrees from vertical, and has the standard five-point harness to provide maximum stability and comfort. The full sun canopy provides ample shade and protection from the elements for your little passenger, and a front wheel fender shields spray and protects their toes. The canopy window allows you to keep an eye on baby as well. The wheel rims are aluminum alloy with stainless steel spokes, and the hubs feature a quick-release aluminum axle and sealed cartridge bearings. The caliper handbrake slows the stroller with ease, while the foot-activated "parking brake" is simple and handy. Storage is not a problem with twin interior seat pockets, a large below-seat storage basket, and a deep seatback pocket. Summary: Great fun for a family serious about running 2008-06-10
Comment: My wife and I are both fairly serious about running, but our training has been on the back burner for the past year. Now we have the BOB stroller, we both enjoy running with our son, and he loves the ride. We live downtown in a larger urban area, and the jogger is great on bumpy sidewalks. It folds easily and fits well in the trunks of our cars. The fixed front wheel is a must, and the strength of the frame, quality of the suspension, and stability of the traction keeps our passenger safe. We also bought the equipment sling for the handlebar, and its two cup holders and zippered compartment are great for storage of keys, wallet, and cell phone. Although we also have a nice umbrella stroller, we find that the BOB is great for leisurely walks and all our traveling needs.
The instructions are a bit confusing, and of course it is important to have everything assembled correctly. The instructions refer to having the vendor help, apparently assuming that the stroller is purchased at an actual store. With a little patience and time, however, everything is manageable without assistance.
Otherwise, we have no negatives about this excellent stroller. We look forward to many, many miles with our BOB.

Summary: Great stroller on and off trail! 2008-01-16
Comment: This stroller is really light, very maneuverable and has excellent shocks. I trail run with my 5 month old son in it. Granted he can hold his head up very steadily, this stroller has an excellent ride that he hardly bounce around in it on unpaved roads and fire trails.
It folds pretty easily. The canopy is big enough and extends far enough to cover my son from light drizzle. The storage basket is large and easy to get to.
My only beef, it only comes in 2 colors!
