Summary: Beautiful design and best quality, hands down. I love it!! 2008-05-09
Comment: We used this with the basinette and changing table in place, as our daughter's primary place to sleep (in our room) for the first few months of her life. Even after laundering the changing table, etc. several times it still looks like new! Not to mention the fact that the lights, noises, and vibration did calm her down a number of times.
You can see the other reviews for more details but I can tell you that I would never buy anything different. Our mattress got a bit damaged during its first wash. I called Chicco and all they quickly asked me for my address and sent out a new one!! No run around, and no hold time. The woman I spoke with was really wonderful and helpful. You may spend a bit more than the cheaper play yards, but if you actually plan on using it, this is worth every penny!!!

Summary: Great quality, beats Graco hands down 2007-04-19
Comment: Got this after returning a more expensive Graco PNP that was very disappointing. All we really need is a play yard with basinette and changing table, so I hate paying for the extra bells and whistles (remote, music and vibration), but the Chicco Lullaby has the best quality of anything else I found, and I think this is the only model they make. Here's a quick rundown of our thoughts:
PROS
- Great quality: solid materials, smart design, especially noticeable with basinette and changing table when compared against other brands
- Better looking than most other brands (understated style, not cheesy/frilly)
- Mattress is super-cushy compared to others
- MUCH easier to assemble than the top-of-the-line Graco we bought first. Instructions were easy to follow, everything snapped into place well. We struggled for hours trying to put the Graco together
- Travel bag leaves wheels exposed so you can wheel this monster instead of having to carry it like most other brands.
- Includes diaper station storage: mesh pockets on pen and changing table mean you have lots of places to put your diaper necessities.
CONS:
- Heavy! (like all play yards). We haven't travelled with ours yet, but it's a beast.
- Mattress is 25x37, which means that Graco and Koala play yard sheets are too big to be safe. Have not found sheets I can use yet, but the baby doesn't seem to mind.
- Pricey - would be nice if they had an entry level model for less.

Summary: Love it 2007-03-04
Comment: My husband travels alot for his job so we wanted a play yard that would travel well, is comfortable and looks good. The baby (5 months old now) is very happy in it. The changing table is a little bit lower then other play yards but seems much more secure (we went to the babies-r-us to compare in person) and stable for the wiggly baby. The vibration is too light for him to enjoy but probably nice for a younger baby. Besides the cool remote, there is another feature that lets the baby activate the music/vibration/light by crying/kicking which I find more useful if I am in the shower and he wakes up before I get out. I also like that the pad is thick and is machine washable, it has a roll down shade on one of the mesh sides, the changing table is easy to use and I love that it flips completely out of the way. Over-all a nice quality play yard.

Summary: Kind of a pain 2006-12-23
Comment: It is absolutely adorable but somewhat difficult to manage! My husband and I were doing a trial run the night before we were going to go out of town to visit family. It took 30 minutes for two of us to remove from the bag and assemble, it has more components than we expected. It was a bit of a struggle to take down, even the two of us using all of our strength could not get the arms to fold down at first. Once we figured it out (pull up the center handle) things went a little better. I would recommend this product if you plan to put it together and leave it that way. Not ideal for travel if it is just an overnight trip as it is quite bulky, heavy and time consuming to use.

Comment: This play Yard was very easy to assemble and looks great. I love the mobile that comes with it. The animals are so cute and colorful. I like the fact that it appeals to the baby's senses, but doesn't look corny. The changing table is tricky to put on, but I am ure I will get the hang of it. Great product!!
