Summary: Pretty, but frustrating 2008-08-05
Comment: I love the way this play yard looks. I have it in the lime green and it really is sporty.
Pros: Looks good, very sturdy, light & vibrate features are great, conveneint changing table and bassinet features
Cons: You HAVE to follow the directions. There is only 1 order to set the pnp up (and 1 way to take it down). I actually wrote in marker on mine to remind me because it is easy to forget and I was tired of getting the directions everytime I set it up/took it down. The directions for assembling the bassinet are very unclear...just look at the pictures and trial and error will set it up! The music is loud and funky and once you turn it on, there isn't an off until the song is over, so if you hit the wrong button in the middle of the night, you may wake up a sleeping baby. The pnp and the bassinet are odd sizes, so there are NO sheets available to purchase for them. I made my own.
I would not recommend this product. I'm sure there are better pnp's.

Summary: I hear good things 2008-03-11
Comment: The family I gave it to love it, apparently it's perfect for semi-travel, it's sturdy and easy to set up but heavy, so perfect if they're going to they're folks for a while

Summary: Don't buy this 2008-01-08
Comment: This product was great after we managed to get it put together and it stayed together for the first two months but after that when we have used it, the sides don't stay up, it is difficult to fold up and within the first 6 months it has cracked and the side release buttons have broken. Combi customer service has been difficult and said they would replace it and then have denied saying they would replace it. I will not purchase Combi products again.

Summary: Great bassinet, great colors 2008-01-01
Comment: I haven't really used the play yard yet but I love the bassinet. I have been using the bassinet attached to the pedestal for my son since he was born. It has been very functional - it just fits in our master bedroom allowing my son to sleep in the same room as us (a must when they are so little and waking up every 3 hours!). The storage basket underneath is wonderfully large - you can fit all the baby linens, diapers, etc. you would ever need for your overnight adventure. You can either have the pedestal be able to rock back and forth, or be able to move on wheels. I kept the pedestal in the wheel position since I had to move the bassinet to completely open our bedroom closet. It moved really easily and so I like the fact that it came with wheels. I'm sorry I never got to try the rocking feature though.
The bassinet has been easy enough to travel with - but for short trips I didn't take the pedestal because while it is easy to assemble it is rather difficult to take apart. I was worried about getting extra sheets for this bassinet as it is not a standard size. I even called Combi to order extra sheets but they were not helpful (their customer service does not seem too great). But I have not found it to be a problem - I just use a pillowcase over the pad if I need to wash the one sheet it came with. Overall, the bassinet has been highly functional and the neutral colors look great in our bedroom. I am sad to be packing it away as my son is now too big to be sleeping in it; I have to move him to his crib in his own bedroom. I hope the play yard works just as well for me.
