Summary: Good find... 2007-05-12
Comment: This product is very helpful for keeping the cords out of child's reach. We had the cord wrapped around the little metal attachment that you nail to the wall, but our daughter would unwrap it and have the ends in her mouth. The seller even sends an email that makes you feel like they're there for you if anything is needed before, during, and after ordering. I recommend it for those that want their cords dangling, or bunched up in a extention cord fasion. It definitely serves it's purpose.

Summary: TERRIBLE!! 2007-05-08
Comment: It's a horrible product. If you want to raise and lower your blinds, they don't work at all. An alternative: Buy cord cleats at Home Depot. [...]
You screw them into the trim on the side of your window and wind the cord around. Low-tech, low-cost and it works. If you get the ones in the link with 2 pieces, you can mount them 6-12" apart, and you don't have to wind so many times.

Summary: Falls apart when you touch it. 2007-03-09
Comment: This is a horrible blind cord winder. I would give it 0 stars if possible. Every time I tried to open the blinds, it fell apart if I touched the cord wind up. Don't bother with these. Get the Kidco Blindwinder instead. It ratchets the cord up and is easy to open your window up while the Blindwinder is still on the cord.
