Summary: Not well made... 2006-06-26
Comment: My husband and I are expecting our 1st child this Fall. We registered for this changing table because it was very classic looking with not a lot of frills and matched our crib. we wish we had upgraded for a better quality one now. The hardware (screws) were not all correct and even the ones that were would easily "strip" through the wood material on the base of the shelving. One of the screws actually caused the wood on one of the "bars" to crack down the middle. I have not contacted Babies R us or the manufacturer to try and receive a replacement. End result - not worth the money spent on it. I would rather have paid more and received a quality item that oculd be later used for a book shelf, etc.

Summary: Bad Instructions and covered with Red "paint" 2006-01-22
Comment: The instructions weren't clear so it takes a while to figure it out. The changing pad they provide is so thin and cheap-I had to buy another one. The white wood was covered with "red paint"- it looked as if your kid went crazy with a red paint. Returned it and got the same thing with the 2nd one.

Summary: Nice changing table 2005-12-29
Comment: I received this as a gift, and I love it. Even when my daughter rolls around on it (while I am trying to change her of course) the guardrails & belt help keep her in securely. I did purchase the contour pad, which fits nicely. My daughter is just about 10 months old (17 lbs) and my husband just recently had to tighten the screws on it. Other then that, its a good buy and great for storage.

Summary: Better than I expected.... 2005-10-17
Comment: After researching many different tables and working with limited space, we purchased this table despite many negative reviews. Because the boards are rather flimsy, I did take the advice of a prior reviewer and used all 3 metal supports on the top where you lay the baby, as opposed to one per shelf as the instructions said. We had to drill a few extra holes but I feel better knowing it is reinforced and the other 2 shelves don't need the reinforcement as long as you are not putting anything too heavy on it. We have been using it for 5 months and I've only had to tighten the bolts once. Overall, we are pleased and it looks great! UPDATE: After 15 months and our daughter is now 27 lbs...still no problems with it. It's held up great! ANOTHER UPDATE: Daughter is now 2 years old, time for potty training...but still using the table. She is 30 lbs. It still looks great (a little wear on the edge where I hung the diaper caddy) but we'll definitely use it again if we have a second child)

Summary: Gets the job done! 2005-10-07
Comment: This was a great buy for me...it looks nice and it has plenty of places to store all of your baby items. My one complaint is that it has a 25 pound weight limit, however it fails to tell you that in the description on-line. If you have a chubby baby that can be a problem. As for the screws coming lose, I did notice after the first month that they needed to be tighten and so my husband got his electric screw driver and tightened them, and since then we have never had a problem. This is a great product for the money.
