Comment: This stuff clears up a diaper rash right away. I was told Triple Paste was better, but I don't agree-it's about the same. Use this at the first sign of a rash, or even if the rash has gotten a little bad. Don't wait until it's gotten really bad, for that you might need a prescription. Triple paste didn't help us with a very bad rash. Also, remember that the friction from diaper wipes can make rashes worse, so rinse the little bottom instead of using wipes.
