Comment: Be careful of sleep positioners. Babies can and have suffocated in them. It is not worth the risk.

Summary: sleeper pillow 2007-12-31
Comment: I bought the item cause my son has acid reflux and a stuffy nose all the time...the product would be great if it was longer, and wider so the baby's head wont fall off it and had a foot area to stop him from sliding down... he sleeps great on it and it helps his breathing..and he dont throw up like before... need some work but other then that its a product worth buying..

Summary: Not for little ones, but great later! 2007-10-05
Comment: Like other reviewers, when my daughter was really little, this did not work at all. She would slip down the wedge to where I was concerned about her being able to breathe. We wound up using just the basic Sassy side positioners to keep her from rolling over in her swaddle. However - once she weighed enough to sort of sink into the foam, around 15 lbs, this wedge has become an essential! It helped her breathe when she had colds by keeping her head elevated. Now she just plain likes sleeping on it!

Comment: i HATE this product- i called them to tell them so, too. i don't want to give it ANY stars.....my 2 month old baby pushed himself right over the top- his head was on the bassinet and his legs were still at the top of the sleeper. a baby could break their neck! this product should be taken off the market! don't buy this product, it is dangerous for your sweet baby!

Summary: Be VERY careful with this sleeper 2007-04-01
Comment: First, I agree with other reviewers who say that this helps their baby's sleep better. That I cannot deny. Our two+ week old little girl seems to love it and seems to sleep for longer stretches on it without waking. However, the trade off in better sleep is NOT worth the risk. I woke up last night to find that she had slipped down and her face was right between the bolsters. She could have easily suffocated! This is a very common complaint with this product (both here on Amazon's web site as well as on Target's web site where there are many parents who have reporting having the same scary moment that I had). Some reviews seem say that if you have a real squirmy older baby that that is the true problem with this product. I have to tell you that that is not quite the case. Our little two week old is tightly swaddled at night and doesn't move a whole lot - yet she slipped down to a position where she could have suffocated. The bolsters were very tight to her sides and so that doesn't explain things either. If you choose to purchase this product, please be very careful with it. I understand that those of you who have infant with reflux don't really have a choice about this but I recommend that you try it first in the daytime with your infant closely supervised so you can see if they are likely to slip down. As for us, we may try to keep using it by elevating the bottom a little with a blanket underneath but we are absolutely getting rid of the bolsters.
