Customer Rating: Summary: Stick with the Basics in Potty-Training 2008-11-16 Comment: I started babysitting before the invention of Pull-ups. Still was after their invention, and guess what? It added about 6 mos to potty-training time (my anecdotal evidence, no official studies were done) because IT'S STILL A DIAPER--they don't feel wet.
But good, old-fashioned cotton Gerber training pants? They absorb just enough to prevent massive puddles while still letting your child know they've had an accident. And they last well beyond the few weeks of actual potty-training. In fact, my older son's skin was so sensitive, he preferred them to "real" underwear for over a year, at which point they did start unravelling (hence the missing 5th star). Now my 5th percentile, very slender 2-year-old has started the potty-training gauntlet and these 18mos pants fit him perfectly.
I've never seen anything smaller than 2T on store shelves and even that's hard to find, so getting these 18mos online was a godsend.

Customer Rating: Summary: Great Product 2008-09-15 Comment: These training pants are perfect for my son. He loves to wear them. He can feel how uncomfortable it is when he has small pee accidents. These are perfect for potty training.
