Summary: Broke first time using it...but they replaced the faulty part 2008-08-17
Comment: The strap clasp broke the first time I used it. I contacted the seller and they got a hold of the company...they sent me a replacement strap...WHICH WAS MADE A LOT BETTER!!! No problems since then!

Comment: I only had this bag for two weeks before the strap broke. I'm learning that this is a common problem and there seems to be no way to get in contact with the company for a replacement strap.

Summary: Strap broke after 5 minutes of use. 2007-09-20
Comment: The metal clasp of the shoulder strap broke within 5 minutes of my first using the bag. I was extremely disappointed with the bad craftsmanship of this bag. I previously had a similarly styled Kecci bag that lasted through almost 2 years of constant and unforgiving use.
