Summary: Wonderful cradle 2008-01-17
Comment: This cradle is great. We used it until our son was about 5 months old. He slept well in it also. It's a good height- not too tall. It fit next to the bed and I could easily see inside and easily lift him out without getting up. It was so cute with a cradle bumper and flannel cover over the small mattress. We did purchase a bit thicker mattress as the one that came with it was adequate, but we wanted something even thicker. It was very sturdy and simple to put together. We were so glad we purchased this simple cradle instead of some of the more expensive ones. Will save it for him. I highly recommend this cradle.

Summary: Good, solid cradle 2005-08-16
Comment: Nanny Megan here, reviewing yet another thingy I use.
Mine is an older style, but the same basic thing.
Its good, and we love it. The baby sleeps in this now, intead of a swing, which is better for her back. We love it.

Summary: Keeping as a heirloom!! 2005-04-21
Comment: I received this as a gift from my mother. I was very impressed with the quality. I have used mine for both my boys and I am keeping it as a memory of those special times. It is very compact when broken down (we kept the original box). I'm hoping to pass it on as a family heirloom.
As for the question earlier of the weight limit, it is 16 pounds or three months. My instructions stated to stop using when the infant could push up on thier arms.
I hope this review was helpful. Wishing you many precious memories with your cradle.

Summary: Very nice piece of furniture 2004-05-19
Comment: I just assembled this myself, at 8 months pregnant with no help. It took me about 15 minutes. It looks great, and is bigger than I expected it to be. I can't wait to put my little guy in it!

Summary: Easy as pie... I promise! 2004-03-08
Comment: I recently recieved the cradle as a gift. I'm seven months pregnant and I was able to put it together by myself without any help. For anyone that had questions about the washers included in the package, you put the washer on the screw before tightening. It prevents the screw from damaging the wood. There should be exactly ten washers, and ten screws. Hope this helps anyone who was confused!!
