Summary: Wonderful bouncer- would highly recommend 2007-10-03
Comment: There are a lot of bouncers out there and I got this one due to the reviews I've read and I happen to like the colors. Now that my baby is 4 months I feel that I am able to write an honest review. The pattern on the sea doesn't show up very well on the Amazon picture- it is of elephants, zebras, palm trees, etc. It is much prettier than I'd expected. Also, the blue fabric is very plush and velvety. It feels lovely. I especially like this bouncer because it reclines. I use it in the reclined position a lot- when my baby falls asleep and I'd like her in the living room, near me instead of in her crib. She seems to sleep very well in it. When she turned 3 months she started to pay more interest in the hanging toys and would try to reach them. For the first 3 months she ignored them and most of the time we didn't use the toy bar (it is easy to come off and on- you simply lift it up). Now at age 4 months she enjoys reaching for the toys and sometimes we change the toys on the bar to other hanging toys to keep her interested. I like this product and would highly recommend it.

Summary: I LOVE IT!!!! 2007-04-13
Comment: I just recieved this today and I got it set up and put my 8 week old baby in it, and she loves it. I like how there are different levels at which she can sit at, right now I have it to were she is laying down and that is one thing I like most about it, I don't have to worry about her tipping to the side and falling out, and she isn't all scrunched up either she is nice and flat. The different melodies and sounds are kinda cool too, but I just got it for the vibration and the differnet levels of sitting. The BEST bouncy seat I have ever used!! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Summary: Great seat at a great price 2007-02-07
Comment: We narrowed down our choices to this one and the baby papasan chair. We ended up choosing the JOY bouncer because it was $15 cheaper. I'm happy with the decision. The chair is sturdy and comfortable. It uses C batteries, but uses them very gently, so you don't have replace them often.

Summary: The Best for a New Baby 2007-01-09
Comment: I don't know what I would have done without this chair. It is SO great...especially when your baby is young. My little one didn't like all of the "fancy" chairs with lights and such right away. She would cry or fidget in them...I think because they were overstimulating. But I could always put her in this chair! It is soft and looks comfortable (she always seems peaceful sitting in it). It can lay flat or be inclined slightly so baby can see things. I also like the little head rest to keep her head from flopping all over the place...a lot of the other chairs aren't as "new baby" friendly. It also offers vibration and music, which is nice. Now that she is a bit older, she likes the animals on the bar and talks to them. She still loves to sleep in it and it is a nice comfy place for her to sit (especially when I need a bit of a break). I would recommend this to any new mom...it is a great chair for your newborn!
