Summary: Absolutely LOVE my Pearly 2007-06-25
Comment: This is the safest, most effective contraceptive in my opinion. No hormones - it is completely natural. And this is just as effective as the pill if followed correctly. All you need to do is just take your temperature as soon as you open your eyes when you wake up in the morning before getting out of bed. This is called taking your "basal" temperature. Then, just follow the green-yellow-red lights to see which days are safe to have sex. Green means go for it - Yellow means caution - Red means you are fertile so don't have sex, or use an effective barrier method (like a diaphragm with spermicide or a condom.) I have been using this almost a year and have had no problems whatsoever. Highly recommended!
