Summary: DON'T BUY THIS STROLLER! 2008-09-08
Comment: Okay, I know it's a very cool idea. My wife and I have twin girls and bought this stroller for almost $800 a year ago. After about 7 months, one day my wife was pushing the girls in the stroller in the park next to our home and the steering wheel broke leaving her with no way to steer. So, she had to force the girls to walk almost 1/4 mile back home while dragging the stroller because it was impossible to push it.
I then tried to fix it. When I finally opened up the part under the steering wheel where the two cables come together to meet at the steering assembly, I was amazed to find that the cables are held in place with PLASTIC molded guides. Basically, imagine a bicycle cable housing being locked in place with a peice of plastic under the stress that it goes through when you put stress on it. Are you kidding? Who in the world designed this? Had they designed it with metal guides, then this wouldn't have happened. It's a simple thing and it's just amazing this was thought to be a good design. Obviously the designers didn't every USE IT!
So, we are now stuck with a broken stroller unable to fix it.
Take my advice, the last thing you want to be is stranded with no way of moving your stroller. God forbid you have babies that can't walk!
