Summary: Great for Toddler & Preschooler 2008-03-20
Comment: Although I found the other reviews of this product very helpful, I wanted to add my own experience. We are using this stroller for a 2 year old and a 4 year old. The double stroller we have was not working well, as the 2 year old picks at his sister to the point of exhaustion. This stroller is the perfect solution - the older child is happy on the back (near mom), the younger happy in the seat. The features of this stroller are wonderful - relatively lightweight, folds compactly (really nice feature), easy to navigate in crowded stores, large canopy, easy to adjust child's seat, 2 year old can climb in when I swing one side of the tray open (and tray comes off and folds compactly). We have taken the stroller for light grocery shopping and had no trouble - some items fit underneath while the rest go in a canvas shopping bag that I place on one handle. I am not carrying a large diaper bag, so have not had any problems with limited under the seat storage. The only bad feature of this stroller is the cup holder, which is virtually unusable as it goes into one's wrist (the water bottle, that is). I also am comfortable with the seatbelt and feel it is more secure than others we have used (our 2 year old is very active). We are not using this stroller for an infant, although we will be soon (i.e. I cannot comment on that aspect of using this equipment). I love this stroller, and my children are happy with it as well.

Summary: I LOVE this stroller! 2007-08-20
Comment: I have a bad back, so we searched and searched for a stroller that I wouldn't kill myself lugging in and out of the trunk all the time. This stroller is perfect! We have a different color that they don't produce anymore, but the system is still fabulous! We purchased the infant carrier as well, and have been nothing but pleased with both items. I agree with a previous commentor that the floating harness system is nice for older children. Before our 13 month old was old enough to sit up and move around, we usually kept him in the infant carrier in the stroller to help him feel snuggled. The infant carrier fits into the stroller facing both out and toward you. Once they are big enough for the stroller by itself, they usually don't want to stare at Mommy anymore, anyway, so it's not a big deal that it only faces outward, which is the only way that Peg markets the stroller anyway. It is VERY Lightweight, and folds up very tight. It really does have a one-handed collapse. I've done it several times holding my toddler on one hip and collapsing the stroller with my other hand. Granted, it's not a push-button collapse, but it's still easy. It's very easy to push too, and I really like the separate umbrella handles instead of one handlebar. The only thing I wish they'd done differently is the basket under the stroller. It's kinda hard to get things in and out of. If you're getting this stroller, I'd recommend getting a diaper bag that can hang off the stroller handlebars, so you don't have to fight to get things you need out of the basket. This way, you also have more room for shopping items in the stroller basket.
Overall, this is a great stroller, and we still get so much use out of it! Our little one is 13 months, and he still sleeps soundly in it, and feels comfortable when we're out for long periods of time. If I had to buy another stroller, it would be a P3!

Summary: Ok stroller, but my son hatedd it!! 2007-04-14
Comment: We first look for a stroller that is not too cheap or too expensive, and we came across Peg Perego, and its Made in Italy, which I thought it can't be that bad... We bought this stroller before our son was born.
First of all, we had a Graco infant car seat; the Peg Perego do not have any sort of attachment to put the Graco car seat on the stroller, it basically just tap on with a so called seat belt that is not tight and not secue; if you are on a flat surface walking, its ok, but certainly not safe!
The seat belt on the stroller was the stupidest design there is! Because the backing of the seat is soft, the seat belt is not stationed, so everytime we try to buckle up our son, he just doesn't seem like he is secure on the seat; sometimes i figure why bother strap him in?
This Pliko P3 only faces outward, so my son couldn't see me and felt very unsecure. With any new parents, i would definitely recommend a stroller that can both face you and face out.
The seat is very square and roomy, so when my son sat in there, he wabbles, and he hated it because is not snugged. We tried and tried till he was 10 months old and he still hated his stroller. It made my life miserable because since he won't seat in it, i can't really go out to do shopping with him or stroll him around the park.
We end up buying another stroller and wee settled with a Bugaboo, even though it was more expensive, but my son loves it and its worth every penny (or dollar!) ;) I really wish we bought the Bugaboo in the beginning.
