Summary: Do not buy, not durable 2007-07-18
Comment: We used this stroller four times and it broke (the connection for the car seat). It was fixable, but my fear is I will be travelling and have the stroller break again at which point I will have a lot of unusable plastic to carry around while trying to get home. Some of the cosmetic features have also fallen off.

We have had no luck with the business where we purchased it or the manufacturer. I have no faith in this product and would not recommend it to anyone.

Summary: Dissapointed 2007-02-13
Comment: I got this as a gift and registered for it for I was pregnant with my daughter. This was the biggest mistake. The canopy does not cover my daughter when she sits in it. To make it recline, is a chore. My husband has the hardest time to unfold and fold it up, not to make fun of him. he only noce thing is the cup holder comes out to make it easy to take her out. But even still it is not a good purchase and do not buy. We did however buy the peg-pergo piko full size stroller even though it is a littl but more money. Well, worth it. I would suggest that and we also have a macleran light weight stroller and that is also very good.

Summary: Buyers Beware! 2006-09-25
Comment: I wish so much that I had read the reviews of this stroller before I registered for it. A friend recommended it to me and I went ahead and registered for it without reading up on what other parents had to say. I've had it now for 10 months and it is driving me CRAZY!

1. Poor Steering: There is something about steering this stroller on floors that are slippery. We didn't have this problem in the beginning, but I suspect it's because we used this stroller outdoors on the pavement. The plastic wheels wore down to a point where using it indoors (like a mall or stores with linoleum floors) is impossible and so frustrating.

2. Frustrating Open and Close: Opening this stroller has given me some serious bruises on my shins. The way you have to flick the stroller open with so much force is awkward and annoying. And the fact that you have to use two hands to disengage two separate clasps is infuriating because you have to do both at the same time or else it locks back into place. Closing the dang thing is even a bigger joke because you have to pull up with two hands, kick down with one foot, and still have to bend over to fold the thing up. And after all this, it's not even that light!!

3. Storage Basket: This storage basket is a serious joke because the opening is so small you can only really stuff soft things like clothing or flat things like a cereal box into it. Plus the cheap plastic sheet that separates your stuff and the road is not very effective.

4. Hanging Your Diaper Bag: If you've got a messenger style diaper bag rest assured that the handle will not serve you well. Your diaper bag will slide down and crush the sun shade. if you've got a diaper bag with handles forget about it.

5. Sunshade: It will only cover the very top of your child's head if they are completely reclined.

I HATE this stroller so I'm writing to warn all prospective buyers: look for something else!

Summary: not worth the money... 2006-09-10
Comment: I bought this stroller for my almost 2 yr old. I wanted to replace my clunky Graco with something small and light. I was planning several trips (to NYC and other places) and wanted something that would travel well. THIS WAS A LOUSEY CHOICE!! It does not steer well in airports. there is something about the shiny linoleum that makes the stroller difficult to turn with one hand (ie. you've got one hand pulling your luggage, one steering the stoller-- I'm a single mom, I travel alone). It may because my 2 year old is >30 lbs. I find it slightly easier to steer when he sits back (I often push him without the harness) but it is still way too difficult with one hand. The harness does nothing to stop my son from pulling foward (the small "hook" comes out of the small fabric slot easily). The directions have given me no solution to this problem. I often end up with just the lap buckled. Also, the basket is made of very thin fabric. I once put a heavy camera in the basket during a trip to a zoo and came home to find that a hold has worn through th fabric where the heavy camera must have made the basket drag on the ground. Also, if you are going places that have subway or railways where you may need to go through turnstyles, this is not your stroller. go with the McClaren or an umbrella stroller. they will easily fold up so you can go through narrow turnstyles. THis one will not. it folds up like the Gracos (flat and wide) and won't fit through many of the turnstyles in NYC or DC. I plan to get rid of my Aria and find myself a McClaren. I gave it one star because it is very lightweight, attractive, and cleans easily.
Happy strollin'!
