Summary: Perego Uno versus Graco Quattro Tour 2008-05-29
Comment: I wavered for months over whether to buy this stroller, with some very negative reviews, or whether to buy the Graco Quattro Tour, with very positive reviews. The clincher came when I realized that I would actually be paying almost the same amount for the strollers and this stroller has some great features over the Graco:
a. Fully reclines. Although the Graco reclines almost fully, it still does not achieve the same effect as this stroller's recline
b. Weight. This stroller weighs only 19 pounds as compared to 28 for the Graco. This is very significant. Note that the Uno 2008 model weight 23 pounds.
c. Bulk. Somehow this is not as bulky as the Graco. Length seems to be smaller and the seat itself seems somewhat more compact.
d. Extra step for older child may come in useful
e. Reversible handle may come in useful, though it is definitely more difficult to push with the handle reversed with the baby facing you. (When the baby is facing outward it strolls just fine.)
The primary negative for this stroller was the price. I believe that most of the negative reviews took this into account, and the pros above did not account for $250 extra cash. However, now that this stroller is down to ~$220, it definitely is worth spending the extra few dollars over the Graco.
As a last point, one of my main concerns before ordering this stroller was that the color looked like a very bright blue. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I received it. It is not bright but is a lighter color than navy.

Summary: the worst stroller on the market 2007-10-17
Comment: We bought this stroller because it looked very trendy and peg perego was a good brand to begin with; however, the stroller sucked! The front wheels jammed all the time. I got stuck in the middle of the street because the wheels just wouldn't go forward. When we reversed the handle where the big wheels were on the front, it still felt funny when pushing it. Not a good product at all, such a waste of money. We are contacting the company for refund and such.

Comment: I hate this stroller and am getting rid of it. I intially bought it because of the peg perego reputation and it looked good.
CONS:
Big, bulky, HEAVY
Hard to open and close
Horrible instructions
Too complicated and time consuiming to change from stroller mode to carriage mode
Hard to reach basket when car seat is in
cup holder is a joke
No hood window so you can't see the child
doesn't go over curbs well

Smooth ride

Summary: Difficult turning 2007-07-31
Comment: I don't understand why, but i really regret buying the stroller, because i just cant seem to turn the stroller. The front wheels turn individually jamming the motion, and not allowing the stroller to move foreword in a straight line after a turn.
I am contacting the manufacturer for my money back.
