Summary: Disappointed 2008-06-18
Comment: Chair arrived with broken wood support on ottoman which was promptly handled by Amazon. There is nothing between the chair cushion and the springs. After two weeks of use you can already see wear on the bottom of the cushion. Chair is comfortable but not finished well.
