Summary: Not child proof 2008-07-23
Comment: While inserting the last of this plug protectors the 18 month old was handing the first ones back. It didn't take more than a few seconds for him to realize that by pushing on the button, his favorite thing, it created a handle to remove the plug cover.
I will be returning these to the manufacturer and purchasing the type with the squeeze sides, also by Safety 1st.
