Summary: Crotch buckle way too short 2006-12-04
Comment: Love the cup holders, 3 stage design, color and material. Hate the way too short and large crotch buckle. Also agree that the head wings push my son forward making him sit in a cup. Thought they were suppost to help support his head when he slept....but his head just slumps down like all the others. Also the plastic clips around the belt tightener popped off first thing. Can't get them back on.
I called Safety 1st about a replacement longer crotch buckle as that is the main problem and they said the one it has is the only one and if I don't like it then I can return it. Not sure if they meant through Amazon as I would have to pay shipping or if they meant to them. Hmmm.... Also not sure if I want to deal with having to box it all up and find another one. But man is it a pain and not too comfortable.

Summary: Very Uncomfortable Seat 2006-11-04
Comment: While the concept of this seat is GREAT, my daughter hated it. The movable headrest sits to far foward on the seat. When she was bucked in, it looked like she couldn't lift her head up because the seat was pushing it foward. Needless to say, we will be returning this seat.
