Summary: So far, it is annoying. 2008-07-09
Comment: I just tucked my daughter into her new twin bed. I installed this bedrail. It has huge letters on the last instruction in the manual (the one in which you actually lock the rail into place) DO NOT OVERLOAD. I assume this means locking it down too hard. Right now if I push on it seems too loose to me but I don't want to "OVERLOAD".
Putting this mother together wasn't exactly fun. The two main poles, the ones at the top and bottom of the rails are hard to get to lock into place and you can't see what you are doing because they are covered with fabric.
So tomorrow I will try to get it tighter. I think that if she rolls into the rail she will not fall off. I am pretty sure that her own weight will keep her on, but I would like to be more sure of that.
I might change my rating if I figure something else out that maybe I was doing wrong. the "unlocked" and "locked" window on the side is a nice thing to have if I can just get it to stay on "locked" So far it is hovering in the middle but I am afraid to "OVERLOAD".
