Summary: Sits awkwardly at least for now 2008-07-17
Comment: Turns out that my son is not quite big enough for this just yet. It also sits awkwardly in my tub. I admit that once I saw it wouldn't work for us just yet I didn't bother to tweak the setup. I have a friend that just loves it and uses it with her son, but he's much older.
I haven't given up on this and I'm sure we will use it as soon as he is big enough. This is just where I currently am when writing the review.

Summary: Makes bathtub transition easier, but Adult supervision essential 2008-07-14
Comment: We've used this bath seat for our son for about 6 months now (age 6 mos - 12 mos). It's been a great help for getting him used to the bath and keeping him from sliding around. He can sit there & play with his toys and we can clean him without too much squirming. Do not mistake this for a safety device. While it does help them sit in the tub, you must always stay with the kid. I believe the seat is reaching the end of it's usefulness, but it has been a ton of help for the 6 month-12 month range.

Comment: This tub is great. It's really sturdy and fits on the tub easily because the side is adjustable. The only downfall of this product is the same as all tub seats that its a little difficult to wash their bottoms. Other than that it is a great option, especially for non-slip tubs, because seats with suctions on the bottom won't stick.

Comment: I bought this bath seat for my daughter when she was 5 months old. She loved it. She could reach the water and tub toys and splash around. She did not slip around in the tub.
Now, 3 years later, I use this same tub for my 6 month old son. We kept this bath seat since it worked so well for our first child. It fits over the tub perfectly. My kids love to bathe with the baby since he can sit up now and play with them. Lots of fun and splashing going on with this bath seat! Well worth the money!

Summary: Twins in the Tub!! 2008-06-18
Comment: My nine month old twin grandsons, Cayden and Dylan, are two slippery handfuls in the tub. These seats by Safety First makes bathing them both at the same time possible and enjoyable. We tried seats which stuck to the bottom of the tub (with suction cups) first, but when these active little boys leaned over, the seats came un-stuck, dumping the babies into the drink. My daughter is happy to have this helpful aid, and the boys are thrilled to be together at bath time again.
