Summary: Nice toy but........... 2008-05-06
Comment: I started out looking for baby toys that were not made in China. I found many good ones. Somehow I was led to the sight with this toy. It was probably partly my fault for not being more observant but when I received the toy there was a nice big tag saying "Made in China." It looked like such a fun toy but I was still forced to give it away. If you don't care about a toy being made in China it is probably a great toy but if you do care, don't buy it.

Summary: Cute, easy to hold, but not "natural" 2008-04-22
Comment: Our daughter likes this bird fairly well, she likes to chew on the cloth pieces. However, I was hoping to buy more natural toys, and not toys made in china...which this one is. I returned the rattle tree I had also ordered because I was disappointed that they are made in china, and who knows if they'll be recalled. Next time I would order more Haba toys.

Summary: We love it too! 2008-04-20
Comment: We got this at a museum shop on a recent vacation as "baby's first souvenier" and both the baby (now 4.5 months old) and his bigger brother (3) love playing with it, grasping it "tail feathers" and strings and crinkling its satiny feet. The baby finds it easy to grasp. Hooray for wooden toys!

Summary: I can't leave the house without it 2008-03-25
Comment: My 5 month old daughter can't be without this toy. This has been her utmost favorite since I picked it up from BRU two months ago. I actually had to buy a replacement after we lost it during a shopping trip. I don't know what it is about it, but she just loves the heck out of it! It's very easy for her to grasp on. She loves the colors and chews on them nonstop.

Comment: My 6 month old has had this toy for 2 months now and still loves it. It is easy to grab and hold. The wood, and fuzzy and satiny fabrics all apparently feel wonderful in the mouth! The feet are thick and crinkly which is fun as well. Highly recommended.
