Summary: Good Product, Good Design 2008-07-06
Comment: I have had this product for about a month now, and quite honestly I haven't used them very much. I used them when I first got them and they worked well. My son is 8 months old and we have Mexican tile floors in our house and my dad has brick floors in his house, and his poor little knees get so red. I used them and he didn't seem to mind them, but he doesn't crawl on his knees anymore. He has figured out that he can get where he wants to go faster by crawling on his hands and feet. He does this even without the knee pads on. So they don't come out of the diaper bag much. He has chubby little legs and they aren't too tight. They don't slide down, and I am hoping to use them more when he learns to ride a bike, maybe. For crawling, I just haven't used them much but they are a good product. I would recommend them for any mom worried about her little one's knees.

Comment: We have hard wood floors and these knee pads work well. They stay on and they have an anti-skid material on the padding so there is no slidding.

Summary: Must have for crawlers 2007-09-11
Comment: These knee pads are a must-have for crawlers. I have all hardwood floors and these have protected my babies knees wonderfully. They have a lot of cushion and traction nubbies to keep her from sliding. I even use them outside. The only downside is that they do slip down sometimes, but that is better than strangling her chubby legs with the elastic type. The other problem I have encountered is that the stitching is coming undone. I think this is because the velcro is super strong and when you pull it off there is a lot of strain on the stitching. Given the pros and cons and having tried other brands, I would still purchase these.

Summary: Too bulky for crawling 2007-08-23
Comment: I bought these for my 5 month old daughter who started crawling to protect her knees. They are too bulky for this purpose and also slide down and dont stay in place. I will save them for later. I think they will be great for roller skating etc.
