Summary: Cute pink potty but.... 2008-08-28
Comment: the "grippers" on the base feet slip off easily. The lid wont stay up either. However it was cheap, it was pink, and my daughter loves it. I just make sure I am always with her and I brace it against something.

Comment: You can't beat this chair for the money. I am in the process of training
my 16 month old daughter. This chair is easy for her to use. She can easily sit down and stand up and she seems comfortable using it. I highly recommend it.

Summary: Not good for boys!!! 2007-12-15
Comment: This product also comes in blue which I bought for my son. The pee guard in the front does not even come CLOSE to the proper height for a boy! He would have peed all over the floor had I let him use it. Also comes apart very easily and doesn't fit back together well.

Comment: updating my review to say that my daughter has been using this potty for almost a year now. it's held up well to a ton of abuse, the lid has been repeatedly stepped on, bent all the way back etc and the hinges haven't broken. my only complaint is my daughter's pee shoots out the front if she's not careful, and that the lid isn't something she can sit against. overall for the money, it's a great deal. my first choice is the baby bjorn potty, which she also has, but this makes a great back up/second story potty! i would probably give it 4 stars, but amazon doesn't seem to have an option to change that.
