Customer Rating: Summary: Potentially Very Dangerous 2007-03-14 Comment: I just bought this for my 11-month-old who is eagerly starting to walk and cruise the furniture while holding my hands. It looked like a great idea for safety and a great way to spare my back.
However, like the previous reviewer and others, I found that my baby instantly goes limp when placed in this item, and has swung and hit his head several times. He treats it more like a game or a swing than a support, and it is impossible to get him to walk on his own while this is around him. I am going to keep it for possible use on the ski slopes in a few years, but there is no way I would use it for walking or bike riding as it says on the package (way too short and again would be very dangerous).
So beware and while this is a good idea, perhaps it should come with some more detailed instructions on how to get a new walker to use this properly. I don't seem to have found the best way!

Customer Rating: Summary: Good Item 2007-03-09 Comment: I bought this Walk-O-Long for my 9 month old baby girl and she seems to like it. You have to be careful that the baby doesn't swing sideways while holding her because my baby did and she hit her head against the wall. You have to direct it at all times. Overall it's a good idea.
