Summary: Great Healthy Living Calendar for 2009 2008-10-03
Comment: The Keep the Beat Calendar makes it easy to live heart healthy every day. I love the fun monthly activity suggestions and health reminders. I already have January open to get organized for 2009, and the calendar reminds me that I've got a lot to do: check my weight, blood pressure, and cholesterol to start! You can fill in the calendar's charts to keep track. So, if you are in need of a wall calendar, why not use one that tracks more than the days of the week, like your complete heart health goals?
