Comment: I'm not an agent but I buy and sell property. Moreover, a large number of my clients are real estate agents. I found this book very useful and profitable. My clients who report having read this intriguing book have greatly enhanced their income and are coming through the Big Recession and meltdown with flying colors.

The writing is easy-to-follow and understandable. Anyone can apply the methods and, if you do, you should find yourself doing great in any economy while others flounder and fail.
