Summary: GREAT WORKOUT 2008-12-30
Comment: I BOUGHT THIS DVD BECAUSE I WAS HONESTLY LAZY AND FIGURED THAT SINCE I ENJOY DANCING AT THE CLUB AN EXCERCISE DVD WITH DANCING WOULD BE THE WAY TO GO. I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE. I MODIFIED MY EATING HABITS AND BEGAN DOING HIP HOB ABS 5 DAYS A WEEK ALTERNATING DVD'S DEPENDING ON MY MOOD. MY FAVORITE ONE WOULD BE THE FAT BLASTING CARDIO IT REALLY GETS YOUR HEART RATE UP AND B0Y DO YOU FEEL IT IN YOUR ABS AFTER. THERE ARE NO CONVENTIONAL CRUNCHES, YOU DO HOWEVER HAVE A FEW FLOOR MAT EXCERCISES FOR AROUND 5 MINUTES WHICH ARE MUCH EASIER THIN SIT UPS AND CRUNCHES AND STILL FEEL THE BURN. I LOST 15LBS IN 4 WEEKS AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY RESULTS.

Comment: I just received my hip hop abs dvds, and it was such a great workout! I get bored quickly exercising, but Shaun T makes it so fun and it goes by so quick! This is now my favorite workout dvd!!!!! You wont regret buying this one!

Comment: I am fully enjoying my new hip hop abs video. These are the only aerobic tapes I have ever been able to do on a regular basis. I actualy look forward to exercise these days!!!

Summary: Best workout DVD I've ever owned! 2008-12-05
Comment: I've done lots of workout and dance DVD's, but this one is the best I've ever done. It has challenging and catchy moves that will really get you motivated to work out. Shaun T is fun and helps inpire you with his upbeat personality. There are a several different workouts to choose from, and I like them all! I was looking for an intermediate level workout that would challenge me and still be fun, and this is it! I'm looking forward to trying other DVD's with Shaun T's.
