The HR (High Resilient) foam and the mattress cover in Baby BjornTravel Crib Light meets the standard of Oeko Tex Standard 100, class 1, ecocertification, which guarantees that no harmful or toxic substances are used in the materials. The complete mattress is tested and approved according the Standard for the Flammability (Open flame) of Mattress Sets 16CFR 1633. Soft blue fabric: 35% cotton and 65% polyester. Mattress: Polyurethane foam. Mattress cover: PU coated Polyester (50% polyester and 50% Polyurethane) on top and in bottom:Trevira CS (100% polyester). No formaldehyde is used. Dimensions: Mattress: 24" x 42" x 1" (60 cm x 105 cm x 40 mm). Floor/bottom: 33" x 45 ins x 24" (82 cm x 112 cm x 60 cm). Packed: 24" x 19.5" x 3" (60 cm x 49 cm x 14 cm). Just remove the Travel Crib Light from its travel case and unfold the frame -- no pushing, pulling, or locking of rails is necessary -- the legs will automatically set and lock in place. Once the frame is set-up, simply place the mattress in the bottom and you are set for sleep.

When traveling by car, the crib folds up small enough to take along in the trunk. For airport travel, you can easily pack it into a larger suitcase or carry it like a bag using its handy carrying case with a sturdy canvas handle.
