Summary: Great Deal for the Price 2008-07-06
Comment: After reading everyone's review and preparing myself for the "awful" smell of this ottoman, I was pleasantly surprised to have no smell. I mean, I live in Hawaii so all the houses are opened up so the smell may not linger as long. I did put a dryer sheet in the ottoman for a few days just to rid any smell that might get in the blankets I stuffed in it. You can tell the product isn't top quality leather but for this price I am excited to have gotten it. I also have a 18month old son who loves the "baby" ottoman. The smaller ottoman is very little, small enough for my son to carry around, but it still a great buy. I've already recommended this to a few friends!

Summary: Best bang for the buck! 2008-07-01
Comment: I'd looked high and low for a decent 2 piece ottoman set for my computer/gaming room. I had actually seen this very same set at a few retail stores for nearly double the costs.
After testing it, trying it out, moving it about, and putting some fair weight on it I can say that it's pretty damned high quality craftsmenship.
This little handy duo is going to work great for me. The smaller for my feet, the larger for storage and a side table. Great deal.

Summary: nice product for the price 2008-06-24
Comment: an excellent buy at the price. I've seen some ottomans of a similar style for more than twice the price and I can see why that is - the build quality is better in the higher priced units. But seriously, these ottomans are damn good value and look the part - I'll take 80% of the quality for less than 50% of the price. Mine were delivered quickly, and didn't have any funny smell.

Comment: Very happy with this purchase PLUS the FREE SHIPPING! It's very hard for us here in Hawaii to order stuffs online due to the very high cost of shipment or worst, they just don't ship to Hawaii... period! Amazon shipped it free and FAST! The merchandise exceeded my expectation. The quality is there and I love the fact that I can store stuffs inside and I get an extra ottoman which my kids love. Thank you!

Comment: I'd read the reviews about the stinkiness, but the price was too good to pass up. When these ottomans arrived, I expected to have to air them out for a week or something, but... surprise, no stinky smell. They were just fine and we're using them in our family room. They large ottoman is great for storage as well. Overall, i was pleasantly surprised.
