Summary: A fabulous buy - worth twice the price 2008-12-03
Comment: I had seen a similar chair while on vacation and really wanted it, but it was expensive and I had no way to get it home. Then I found this beauty on the Amazon website. It's just what I wanted; a beautiful mission-style recliner that doesn't look like a recliner. It's extremely comfortable. I only wish I'd bought two, because my husband and I compete over this one. It is sized for a taller person than I (I'm only 5') but I still find it very comfortable and relaxing. It also arrived promptly and in excellent condition. I'd give it six stars if I could.

Comment: 100% Top Grain Leather Santa Fe Mission Recliner
I received the recliner in good condition, however it was not the color shown in the ad. But we accepted the other color as it also fit into our color scheme, though we would have preferred the other one. What we did not appreciated was that besides the shipping fee, they added on another $30.00 for delivering the package to the floor. When they arrived, my doorman called me that they refuse to bring the chair upstairs as it was a so called "curb to curb" delivery. I rushed downstairs and explained that I paid the extra $30.00 and upon arguing for some time, they reluctantly brought the chair upstairs. This is not acceptable. Furthermore, I don't understand why I have to pay an additional $30.00 (which was not explained nor discussed from the start) when I had to pay $120.00 for the delivery. This is not a good way to conduct business!!!

Comment: We bought this chair for my husband who just had back surgery and needed a chair with good support. It does! It looks good and is reasonably priced. Note to short people... it is pretty high off the ground which may make it uncomfortable if you are vertically challenged. Otherwise it's well proportioned.

Comment: The first one received was broken due to transportation. They responded by sending another one that arrived in great shape. It looks exactly the way you see it in the advertisements, and is very comfortable. The only thing I would like to see is a 3 position recliner mechanism.

Comment: The chair is great and was really easy to get together. The problem was that the shipper never got in touch with us and we were lucky someone was here to receive because we got no notification
