Comment: These peat pots are great for the indoor or outdoor garden when used in flats or trays. As stand alone pot they can be a little messy as the pot itself becomes saturated. Best way to use these is to water the flat and let them wick up. They retain plenty of moisture but not to much so when your pot begins to get dry you know the soil is becoming dry.

I have found a mix of mostly Coconut Coir with about 20-30% Sphagnum Peat Moss makes a wonderful clean organic soil for these pots. You can also mix in a small amount of slow release organic fertilizer with your soil to aid in growth.
