Summary: Not for squirrels 2008-10-02
Comment: Bought this and one similar for squirrels in attic. FYI, they don't work on squirrels. Neither do strobe lights (incase your thinking on that line). As for bugs??? I've seen a cammillion in the house, piss ants too. Course I live in Florida. Can't really say yet about other bugs but will leave the two plugged in and hope for the best.

Summary: Does not work as advertised!! 2008-09-20
Comment: I bought this product,(three in fact), because it claimed to repel spiders, which I and my family hate. I bought one for each floor as the manufacturer recommends and set them to work. Since, I have done battle with more arachnids then ever before. I think it's actually attracting them, which would be a funny practical joke. But they're not joking!! I can't say if it repels anything else, but don't buy this for spiders!!

Summary: Mouse Problem Manhattan 2007-09-13
Comment: I have never written one of these product reviews before but I had to for this one because I wanted to help others. I found a mouse in my apartment 2 days ago (I am terrified of mice) and my neighbor lent this to me. I immediately plugged it in and it was the first time in months that I didn't hear mice in my walls. I didn't think it would work as I read other online reviews about similar products that called these types of devises worthless. According to my neighbor, many are. She also swears by something called Pest Offense (she wouldn't lend that to me because she couldn't bear to part with it), which I also ordered. I am not sure if it will work forever, but it definitely was the first night in a long time that I was able to sleep without being woken up from the noise of mice.
