Summary: Great Lighting and Customer Service 2008-10-03
Comment: The lights are great. Not too much, not too little - perfect. What most impressed me was their customer service. One of the clips that holds a light in place broke and I ran out of spares (they send a few extra). I called the company and asked for 3 of them. Not only were they sent in less than a week they sent extras of everything: replacement bulbs, clips, fuses...I have enough spares to last a lifetime. I highly recommend the product and the company.

Summary: Lights are spectacular, but seller needs to put serious work into customer contact/shipping 2007-07-01
Comment: The Good. The patio lights work exactly as advertised. Couldn't be happier with the product. The lights are both elegant and fun ... you get a lot of light, but not too much. Perfect for summer evenings.
The Bad. I submitted my order on June 9th and got NO confirmation from Blue Star until the 14th! Needless to say, I was quite concerned that my money went down a black hole. My lights did not arrive until the 19th. "What's the big deal?" you might reasonably ask ... well, the big deal is that you pay something like $17 to ship something that weighs about two pounds! For $17, I expect to order something on the 9th, get an e-mail confirming my order by NO LATER than the 10th, and have the lights in my hands within four business days ... TOPS.
Blue Star, great product, but I have to give you only three stars because you have A LOT to work on with regard to how you deal with customers over the Internet.
