The Briggs & Stratton 30 Amp manual transfer switch is designed especially for GFCI generator outlets. The switch monitors utility and generator voltage and will automatically connect to the appropriate source of power. The switch was designed be used with the Briggs & Stratton Power Now model 40248, or any portable generator with non-GFCI or GFCI outlets and is intended for indoor use only.
