Summary: Attractive and Sturdy - The Best Patio Covers I've Seen 2008-08-19
Comment: The Veranda line of Classic Accessories patio furniture covers are the best that I've ever used. They're made of extremely durable materials - it feels like canvas sailcloth on top and is then lined with a waterproof coating underneath. This cover definitely won't crack after exposure to the elements.
Fitwise, the cover is very generous. I got the extra large and it has plenty to spare after covering my table and six chairs. Unfortunately, during its first rain storm, the cover collected so much water that it actually slipped off one of the chairs and doused it. However, I've since figured out a way to make this extra fabric work for me and actually solve that issue at the same time. I keep the bottom half of my umbrella pole in place and then put a chair cushion over it to reduce the stress on the cover. Then I lean the chairs against the table so that their backs don't cause pooling. The whole thing looks like a gigantic mountain on my deck, but the extra fabric on this cover keeps the entire setup covered even with the chair legs angled this way. And there's no more pooling water. In any case, be sure to check the manufacturer's website for a chart of exact sizes for all of their products.
The cover has a locking belt that you can loop around one of the table legs in order to keep it in place on the windiest of days. It also has vents and a pair of locking elastic drawstring along the bottom seam to further prevent billowing. Finally, there are heavyweight handles sewn in to help with removing and replacing the cover.
The design of these covers is attractive and modern. The two complementary earth tones are actually stitched together, i.e. it's not just a two-tone fabric. I have unfortunately noticed some variation in color between different covers, e.g. all of my chair covers are identical, but my love seat and table covers are slightly more yellow than tan on top. But this minor issue can't come close to outweighing all of the good that these covers deliver.
The sturdiness of the build, coupled with the attractiveness of the design and nice extras like the anti-wind measures make this a great furniture cover. And at the price, you also can't beat this value. Highly recommended.

Comment: I did a considerable amount of research before I purchased this cover. Amazon had the best price anywhere and purchasing this item through the Amazon web site was a quick and easy process. When the cover arrived (within a very short period of time), it was exactly what I had hoped it would be. Heavy duty, well constructed and the perfect fit. I would strongly recommend this cover to family, friends or anyone considering purchasing this cover. Great product, excellent online purchase experience.

Summary: good quality, bad fit 2008-08-04
Comment: The quality of the cover was great for the price. Unfortunatly, I had to return it because of the unclear measuring instructions to determine which size cover would be appropriate for my table and chairs. I had the right table size, but the chairs did not go all the way under the table so the cover was much too small. I exchanged it for the medium which is still slightly small but usable.

Comment: Over the last six years I have purchased two other covers for my table and chairs but this one has been the best. The material is very sturdy and is easy to keep clean. Would like it to have clips on all four corners instead of only two but it works ok.
