Several things you should know about this grill:
1) The cooking grates have very wide bars. This is very good for searing in food flavor, but makes it difficult to get attractive grill lines.
2) The cooking grates lift out; and they fit in the dishwasher. Thus, cleaning is as easy as moving your grates to the dishwasher and turning it on.
3) This grill lacks some of the features you might expect on a high end appliance, such as a fuel guage or lid thermometer.
4) The twist-knob lighter still works on mine after over 2 years. This is a real rarity for propane grills.
5) The side shelf lifts out for easy cleaning (just wipe it off), but it is rather small. I often find myself short on surface space for setting tools, salt, etc. I got myself a small table to compensate.
6) This grill has a few 'hot spots' where the temperature gets considerably higher than others. No big deal, and nothing that can't be controlled with lava stone distribution. It has more hot spots than some grills I have used, fewer than some others. Overall its heat distribution is average.

This is the best grill you will find in this price range.
