Summary: Poor Quality 2003-12-18
Comment: I purchased this item as a gift and to my mother's disappointment, the seam on the wings unraveled after a week standing outside. The plastic wheel that hooks the wings together and allows them to spin also broke the second week. Save your money. Don't buy this item until it is improved.
