This cherry wood-paneled digital wall clock reports the current time plus indoor and outdoor temperatures and the moon phase. The clock has a built-in antenna system that receives radio signals from the atomic clock, keeping precise time and the accurate date. Time is displayed in hours, minutes, and seconds and either 12- or 24-hour modes on the top LCD screen while the lower LCD shows the date and day of the week in English, Spanish, German, or French, along with the moon phase (of eight possible phases) and current indoor and outdoor temperatures. The clock has an alarm with a snooze option and can be set to one of 13 time zones, including all US times zones and Greenwich Mean Time. The temperature function displays in either Celsius or Fahrenheit and is measured indoors every 10 seconds. Outdoor temperature is measured remotely via a 915 MHz transmitter (included) that can be positioned up to a maximum of 330 feet from the clock's location and is checked every 5 minutes. This clock can be wall-mounted or propped up on a desk with its fold-out stand and measures 12 by 1-1/4 by 8 inches. It comes with a TX37U-IT wireless sensor. Summary: Don't waste your $$ 2008-08-26
Comment: I currently have the 'Weather Channel' version of this same clock made by La Crosse Technology. The outdoor transmitter has never worked correctly and after repeated attempts to reset it (a pain in the shorts process of battery juggling between the transmitter and main clock) I am ready to trash this piece of junk. The clock works fine but the whole reason I purchased this clock was so I could get the outside temp. Save your $ or spend it on another more reputable brand.

Comment: I've had this clock for a month now, and it works great. After setting the clock, it took about 2 days to receive the signal from the time laboratory in Colorado. I purchased the model with the cherry finish and the finish looks high quality. Goes perfectly with the cherry cabinets in my office. The outside temperature sensor is very accurate. Always within +/- 1F of weather.com. I had no problems installing the outside temperature sensor (attached to siding under my covered porch). Several reviewers mentioned the counter-intuitive moon phase display (the shaded graphic display represents that part of the moon that's exposed to the sun vs. using the unshaded graphic to represent this)so I had no problem adjusting to this because I was already forwarned. I definitely would recommend this clock.

Comment: I haven't used this clock yet, I'm waiting for spring to put it in my camper. I own other one's of these, and they are the neatest thing you ever saw. They keep the exact right time and temperature all the time.
It's fun to have the RIGHT time.
