Summary: Love this clock! 2008-08-08
Comment: First one I ordered came damaged. Reordered through Amazon and returned damaged item. The 2nd one came quickly and it was really easy to start and hang on the wall! No more worries! Very easy to read. This clock is being used at an office.

Summary: Nice Looking Clock ......but 2008-05-17
Comment: Received the clock, installed new batteries and within a few hours it had obtained the signal and was working fine. Next morning, however, I found the sweep (seconds) hand had stopped even though the clock was keeping correct time (hours/minutes). I was able to tap it several times to get it going again but alas the sweep hand kept stopping. I replaced the batteries with a new set and same result. I ended up sending it back to Amazon for a replacement (defective). When the replacement arrived, one corner of the shipping box was smashed in and also the corner of the clock box also. Unfortunately, the clock was destroyed.....broken glass face and one of the hands was badly bent. Gee, I really did want the clock, but after two attempts, I gave up and sent the replacement back and asked for a refund.

Summary: I hate this clock 2008-05-13
Comment: It's beautiful and stylish and atomic, so it's always correct! Right? Unfortunately, wrong. It delivers on the beautiful and stylish portion, but periodically it will emit a high-pitched "tink" sort of noise (that took me two days to locate - fortunately just before I was driven completely insane) that indicates it is contacting the radio tower to maintain the correct time. I could probably deal with the "tink", since I don't really hear it if the TV or radio is on, but frequently this results in it resetting itself to the wrong time. In my effort to have a clock that is always accurate I have managed to spend an outrageous $40 on one that is rarely accurate. Worse yet, it's not off by a consistent amount and therefore cannot be compensated for. It's not like you can say, "oh, that clock runs 20 minutes fast" and be done with it because it updates daily, with a whole new and unexpected discrepancy in the time. Sometimes it's an hour off, sometimes less. Right at the moment it is 24 minutes fast.
I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your timing needs.

Summary: Nice design 2008-04-04
Comment: Good design clock even I do not receive any radio signal to sync time.
The manual is a little vague in setting it manually, Otherwise a good clock, once able to set the time manually.

Summary: Day Light Savings FRUSTRATION!!!! AVOID! 2008-03-29
Comment: It once looked great in my busy cafe/ bakery, but not anymore. This clock is seriously flawed as it does not understand the Day Light Davings time change (I am so very disappointed) -- La Crosse has a big customer service problem on their hands. I tell all of my customers to avoid the La Crosse brand completely. I am waiting for a resolution to my problem by La Crosse. Let's hope they excel at customer service so I can write a better review....
