Summary: Good, but not what we expected... 2008-09-24
Comment: I love that the table is made domestically of recycled materials, but the other reason I bought it - because it supposedly folds flat for storage - is incorrect. You actually have to take the table apart for it to store flat - to me that's pretty inconvenient, since we bought it for our small apartment balcony with the idea that we could clear the space out by folding the table up when we weren't using it.
It still gets stars though because it's a great little table - sturdy and weather-coated with a pretty and simple design. (Personally, I prefer that over a lot of scrolls and swirls.) I recommend assembling it on something soft or protective. Unthinking, I put it together out on our balcony and now the top is scratched and (I assume) the weather-coating compromised so I'll need to touch it up.
For me it's not worth fiddling around with finding a new box (the one it came in arrived in shreds held together with packing tape), taking it apart, and arranging for a return. But - if I'd known ahead of time that it didn't fold up, I would have kept looking for a table that did and gotten that one instead.

Summary: Almost Weatherproof 2008-07-02
Comment: This is a strong, weatherproof table. However, for the cost, they should include brass screws for assembly. Why assemble a waterproof table with screws that will rust?
