Summary: Think Twice Before Buying 2005-09-23
Comment: The color of the table is pewter not black as stated in the description.
The table and leg base are separate and require assembly. The assembly requires a rubber mallet to get the legs popped into the table evenly.
The table is fine and serves it purpose well for the money.
Next time I will spend the extra money and get a table of a heavier weight and better quality.

Summary: Not black; smallish item 2005-09-12
Comment: The photo makes this item appear black, however it is actually closer to pewter. It is also surprisingly small. It will do the job, and it is well made and designed, but it is not as substantial as it appears. Assembly is incredibly easy and the table is sturdy.
