The SP Systems 42 psi industrial acid compression sprayer is built with all acid-resistant components--plastic and rubber compounds, plastic parts, and durable PVC wand--and is capable of spraying hydrochloric, muriatic and phosphoric acids for jobs such as staining or etching concrete and dissolving rust on metal surfaces. It includes two 80-degree nozzles with fanning capabilities, 59-inches of industrial hose, an industrial grade spray pistol, and a 42 psi safety relief valve to prevent over pressurization of the tank. The 42 psi industrial acid compression sprayer also features a 12-inch internal pump chamber that builds up pressure faster with fewer strokes and sprays continuously for 10 minutes after a single pumping session. It also has a high-density polyethylene tank with UV inhibitors and high-grade Viton seals, industrial spray pistol with on/off lock, plastic pump handle, wand storage clip, and lid carrying handle. A 4-1/2-inch funnel opening makes for easy filling, and the tank drains from the bottom, allowing it to be swiftly emptied completely. It is backed by a six-month limited manufacturer's warranty.

Summary: Acid Sprayer 2007-12-12
Comment: This is about the best acid sprayer we have found. The ones I just bought do have a better hose than those of the past. The one thing that could be improved is to add a pour spout to the top molding to facilitate easier pouring back of unused product. Strap is great also.
