Summary: Prett y Solid Frame but expect to put this together without any instructions 2008-06-18
Comment: The product came all set, all nicely packed and all peices delivered. Nothing was missing which was a big worry for me. The instructions are small and graphic only, and are written like cribnotes in college. They provide only a basic guide for what pieces connect to other pieces. The angles, proper screw sizes to use and the correct (up or down) positions of the pieces are all up to you. If you have a magnafying glass, it might help to read what letter screw they are referring to in the tiny guide. When you put it all together, don't tighten anything fully because you will 10-to-1 be redoing something that you fastened with a section pointing up that should have been pointing down. This was installed down Cape Cod on a gravel area in a campground and I had to buy cinder blocks and buried them 1 foot down at each corner and fastened the blocks to the corners with chains. This baby is not moving - and it is located in a windy area to boot. Take the little anchor rods that they supplied - little 6-inch steel pieces that are basically nails without points - and throw them out - totally useless and would not even hold a plastic chair down. The gazebo looks great and has been solid for weeks now. I would definetely recommend this again, but assume a good couple of hours to put it together. The roof canvas is solid, but it takes a couple of people to get it fastened and secured due to the tightness of it over the corner pieces. I also believe that the separated roof segment allows the air to move through and prevent the thing from taking off in the wind - so a good benefit of this design.

Summary: inexpensive 2008-06-15
Comment: We bought this from deal of the day. There's a reason you have to pay for shipping - the huge box is 100 lbs. [You may need a friend to help you move it.]

Look at the picture, imagine each of those pieces needing to be screwed
together. Then you stretch some light canvas top over it all - that's what
you get.

Expect several hours of assembly - there's no written instructions, just
a half dozen line drawings of what to put together.

That said, for an inexpensive thing - it's OK. If you want something to last
more than a year (my guess) you prob want to buy a higher end product and make sure
there are replacement fabric pieces available.

Summary: NICE AND WELL BUILT! 2008-06-12
Comment: I PURCHASED THIS FOR EVENTS AND TO USE BY THE POOL. IT TOOK ABOUT 6 HRS FOR ASSEMBLY. THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT THAT HELPFUL, VERY SMALL TO READ.
AFTER ASSEMBLY, I AM VERY PLEASED W/ THE FINAL PRODUCT. THIS IS MADE OF GOOD QUALITY MATERIALS.

Summary: Can't beat this deal!!!!! 2008-06-10
Comment: When i saw this at $67 I jumped to buy it. Yes it has a gazillion nuts and bolts. Yes it is not very heavy duty (After all shipping weight is only 102 lbs.) Yes I had a small piece of the plastic grape insert break during shipment. Yes the instructions are only a series of pictures. But then again I only spent $67 dollars on a $200 item.

The gazebo is quite attractive when assembled.

When it came up on Amazon at $75 I ordered a second one. This one came in perfect condition.

I am a grandmother of three. I put both of my gazebos together. The first one was with a helper. The second one was without assistance. It is easier with two but one person can do it.

TIP: I would recomend placing the small roof canvas on the frame before attacthing the roof frame to the side frames.

I highly recommend this product. One drawback is that I am having problems finding accessories (like the side screens or a replacement canopy). I don't need these items at this time but wanted to know what my options are for future addition or replacement.

This item is not designed for wind and rain. If you are looking for that, this item is not what you want
