Summary: electric reel mower 2007-07-22
Comment: Mower cuts great...no brown ends, a very clean cut for healthy grass. The switch on the handle works differently than described, press the red button first - all the way in. While HOLDING the red button in, grasp the trigger switch handle with the other hand... The mower is quiet and recharges great in only a few minutes. I get about five mowings from one charge!!! I would suggest a 24 v solar panel to recharge, making it the greatest mower made!!! Since the battery reserv is so great, I can suggest a motor drive for the wheels as an option for people with very little upper body strength, that would make it 100%!!!

Comment: The mower doesn't work. First, it is said to be the 7-blade version of EM-1, which can be used as a manual mower. But EM-2 cannot work as a manual mower. It'd be better in the description. Second, the charger doesn't work at all. 24-hour charging actually drew out the remaining power of the battery, makes the mower completely dead. Third, this mower became "under manufacture recall" when I received it. So they cannot send me a replacement. Working with the customer service, they agreeed to take it back. Haven't receive my refund yet, 22 days after the mower arrived at their warehouse.
