With 55-inches average annual snow fall and frequent sub-zero temperatures we felt if it does a good job here, it'll be a great tool just about anywhere. We found it amazingly quick and agile with non-compacted snow up to 4" deep; very easy to use with comfortably-placed handle, roller wheels and adjustable chute direction. Handlebar-mounted cord-minder and safety switch. Recommended for use with minimum 16 AWG extension cord (not included). 120V/60Hz, 9.7 amps. One-year warranty and Jack's Tool Shed worry-free Satisfaction Guarantee.

Summary: A LIFESAVER 2008-08-17
Comment: WE HAD THE WORST WINTER SINCE 1971 IN MONTREAL. THIS LITTLE BEAST KEPT MY REAR DECK CLEAN. IT WAS NOT MEANT FOR MAJOR WALKWAYS. I HAVE A 11 HP ONE FOR THIS TASK . THIS IS THE MOST POWERFUL ELECTRIC SNOWTHROWER I COULD FIND. EASY TO ASSEMBLE AND EASIER TO USE.

Summary: snow blower 2008-01-14
Comment: It's a blower alright. First of all everything is plastic except the nuts and bolts and the handle. It blows more snow on you than it does in the direction you want it to go. You need to have a snow suit on because you become covered in snow. The cord is a hassel too. Keeping up with it. But I guess for the price what can you expect. It may work good in Minnesota but for the Chicago snow Im going to purchase a gas snow blower instead and a bigger one.

Comment: This item was listed as being in stock. I received prompt notification that it was being shipped. Nearly a couple of weeks later, I received notification that the item was not in stock and that I was not getting it. However, I did get my full refund, but I really wanted the item. It was easy to find and buy this item. However, regarding "in-stock" issue, it should be more updated.
